eStatements Enrollment

All GenuBank clients with Online Banking and checking and savings accounts can enroll in eStatements. Skip mailed paper statements and access your statements directly within Online Banking.

To enroll in eStatements, please contact us or speak directly to your relationship manager.

Once enrolled, follow these steps to access your eStatements:

• Log into Online Banking
• Select an account
• Click the "Documents" button
• Select the desired date range and click "Submit"
• Links to one or more statements will appear under "Available Documents"
