Wire Transfers in Online Banking

March 4, 2024

Updates to Wire Transfer Processing

We're excited to announce improvements to the way wires are processed! In the coming weeks, we will phase out our manual process for wire transfers.

Beginning on April 1, 2024, all business clients who regularly send wires must use Online Banking to initiate and manage wire transfers.

Clients have already been able to perform these actions within Online Banking, and it will become the standard process for all clients.

Within Online Banking, you can:

  • Initiate wires
  • Create and manage wire templates
  • Change pending wire details as needed
  • Track the status of pending wires
  • And much more

Our new Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) Soft Tokens will also be required to authenticate wire transfers beginning April 1, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
